Robert Metzen, President & CEO, joined the Company in 1995 and has 14 years of experience in the technology and leasing industries. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Metzen who is a Certified Public Accountant, held public accounting and leasing positions with Price Waterhouse and Harbor Capital Corporation. Mr. Metzen graduated from Loyola University, Chicago.
		Charles M. Gately, Chairman of the Board, founded LaSalle Solutions in 1980 and has over 30 years of experience in the technology leasing industry. Prior to forming the company, Mr. Gately held various sales and financial positions within high-tech organizations including Intel and Honeywell. Mr. Gately graduated from Middlebury College and received an MBA degree from Boston College.
		Robert Zanchelli, Vice President Sales, joined the company in 2006 and has over 25 years of experience with sales and sales management. Mr. Zanchelli is responsible for leasing sales. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Zanchelli held VP of Sales positions with GBC and VeloBind, Inc. Prior to embarking on a career in sales, Mr. Zanchelli sailed as a deck officer on passenger ships and super tankers.  Mr. Zanchelli is a graduate of NY State Maritime Academy.
		Steven Robb, Vice President and General Manager LaSalle Solutions, joined LaSalle in 2004 with over 16 years experience in the IT and Networking arena. Mr. Robb is responsible for the development of LaSalle's LAMP product as well as operations and profitability within LaSalle Solutions. Prior to joining the company, his positions included Sr. Vice President of Sales  at Comdisco, Central Regional Sales Director for Westinghouse Communications and Fiberlink Communications. Mr. Robb is a graduate of Illinois State University with a B.S. degree in economics
		David Hackman, Vice President, joined the Company in 1986 and has over 19 years of experience in the technology and leasing industries. Mr. Hackman is responsible for business origination and works in tandem with Steven Robb within LaSalle Business Solutions, a subsidiary of LaSalle Solutions. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Hackman held various sales and marketing positions. Mr. Hackman graduated from Illinois State University.
		Eric Tormoen, Vice President, joined the Company in 1987 and has 25 years experience in the technology and leasing industries. Prior to joining the company, Mr. Tormoen held various sales and leasing positions with technology companies including IBM, C.M.I. and Storage Technology Corporation. Mr. Tormoen graduated from the University of Colorado and received an MBA from the Kellogg Graduate School of Management at Northwestern University.
